One thing you learn very early on in the comedy world is to be careful slagging anyone off, particularly in the presence of other comedians. Reviews are a necessary evil, but random digs do not always go down well, to put it mildly. This is despite comedy being the balls-out bitchiest, most envy-driven wing of the entertainment business, and proudly so. Which can lull you into a false sense of security.
