Banijay Brightbulb Development Intern Scheme 2022

Banijay Brightbulb

Banijay, the production company group that looks after show formats including The Ranganation and 8 Out Of 10 Cats, are advertising intern positions in their development department for "young, diverse talent".

They say: "Are you addicted to TV, TikTok, YouTube, Insta and Netflix? Love sharing the amazing thing you just watched? Always thinking 'This show would have been way better if they'd done this instead'? Sounds like you? Then YOU are exactly who we are looking for. COME AND WORK WITH US! We are looking for people who love content to help us dream up exciting new TV shows.

"We're running Brightbulb, a unique entry level opportunity aimed specifically at young, diverse talent. You don't need any experience or qualifications - just a genuine passion for content, plenty of enthusiasm and a brain fizzing with fresh ideas. Your job will be coming up with and developing brilliant new non-scripted TV formats. Non-scripted shows include reality shows, quizzes, makeover, dating shows and lots more. Our interns work in a fun, fast paced creative environment in our West London offices. With excellent, experienced support to guide them through their first role in the TV industry."

Brightbulb is initially a full-time 12-week paid contract (at London Living wage of £403 gross per week), with 8 successful applicants starting in London on 16th January 2022. Those that excel on the scheme may be offered another 12-week contract. If you live outside the M25 and need to relocate for the job you may be eligible for a one-off relocation bursary.

The closing date for applications is 15th October 2021. Find out more & fill in the application form
