Back to basics 1: Feasibility

It is important when you are writing a script that it is feasible.

Obviously what is feasible varies from one form to another. The kinds of events you can realise depends on whether you're working in television or radio, or high or low budget film.

A massive alien invasion or a stampede of elephants might, despite advances in technology, be difficult to bring to life on a TV budget - although it's probably fairly easy to realise on audio.
