Graham wanted a poster to reflect the theme's he touched upon in his show. Mainly Sex, Drugs, a driving ban and Cerebal Palsy.
This, with the title of the show made me think. What if Crip Lash was a game for the N64? So I made the poster look like a game box, with Mario re-drawn as Graham. Complete with disabled sticker for his Kart.
