Kirsty's show explores the societal pressures on women to find a man, and the way the media constantly judges them based on appearances, labelling them as one to 'snog, marry or avoid'. This is expressed visually as the cover of a 'lowest common denominator' magazine like Take A Break, which fills every inch of its cover with teasers for the judgemental articles contained within.
