The figure of Mr Fruit Salad himself is made smaller than expected in the frame to highlight the themes of loneliness and isolation, while the fading-repeating mantra of the title hints at the ego-death of self-promotion that the show is very much a response to. The cartoon silliness of the "Tee hee hee" is a more mischievous subversion of those more serious themes, in the same way that the show itself is a mischievous cartoon rugpull undermining the grandness of its themes.
