It all started with a simple concept: what if a stand-up comedian had a tiny head? I emailed Rebecca Need-Menear (my favourite photographer) and booked in the shoot. We got to work. Making my head small on the day wasn't easy. Heads are set at the same size, all the time. You cannot make them smaller. We got the shot, but my head didn't look that small. That's when Rebecca looked up from the camera and said, "You're going to have to make the head look small in post. I don't know why you thought you could shrink your head on demand." The next day she sent the jpegs over, I fired up Photoshop and I got to work. 30 hours of screen time later, here we are.
