The original concept photo alluded to the most famous imagery of the film GroundHog Day (Bill Murray in a clock, driving the car holding the groundhog) without being a direct recreation and incorporating the theme of the show via the toy baby. Steve added to the concept by incorporating the clock into the design for the show title. And coming up with a unique design idea where two (or more)alternate versions of the poster can be placed next to each other to create a bigger, continual, image. The picture here shows two posters side by side.
