SJ Wyatt wanted the poster to show that demonstrated that this was about a queer doctor who fan who wants to be a hero. The Photographer Kate Wilson took some photos with SJ in " hero " poses which out in the streets of South London much to the bemusement of locals.
SJ drew some sketches of ideas for how the poster could look like which Katrina used her design skills to add produce the image.
