The Dunning-Kruger Effect is when a person fails to adequately assess their level of competence -- or specifically, their incompetence -- at a task and thus consider themselves much more competent than everyone else. Stoph plans to struggle against his own uselessness to educate the audience on why some people are too useless to realise how useless they are.
