Writing comedy and making people laugh has been a passion of mine since I grew up as a child in Lincoln. I've always dreamed of being able to write something that would bring the same joy and humour to people, that the great radio and TV sitcoms and shows have brought to me.

In terms of my achievements to date, I have had writing credits on BBC's Show What You Wrote, Breaking the News and Newsjack. I have also written for Simon Lipson's Making an Impression podcast with Rory Bremner, Josh Berry, Kate O Sullivan, and Alistair McGowan. I have written several sketches for OMF Theatre and Next Level Sketch group. I have also reached the semi-finals of the Sitcom Trials, and the final of the LSB sitcom comedy competition.

I am a member of several sketch groups, and I have also recently started working on a joint play with two other actor/writers. I am also the only person to have won the BCG 'gag-a-week' four times.
