Rob Beckett is an English stand-up comedian and presenter. After debuting at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2012 with his solo show Rob Beckett's Summer Holiday, he presented an ITV2 I'm a Celebrity spin-off show, and, since 2016, has been a team captain on E4's 8 Out Of 10 Cats. A regular on Taskmaster and on a football podcast for Dave called The Magic Sponge, in 2019 he teamed up with fellow comedian Romesh Rangathan for Rob And Romesh Vs.

Rob Beckett is a stand-up comedian and presenter, born in Essex in 1986. He has been dubbed the 'Mouth of the South' for his distinctive looks and striking white teeth, and is best known for his bubbly, charming, dynamic onstage presence.

Beckett's first forays into the world of stand-up began in 2009, and since then he has fast become a regular on British TV screens and on the British live comedy circuit. He won four competitions in his first year of comedy, and, in 2010, placed third in the So You Think You're Funny stand-up competition. his debut at the Edrinbugh Fringe Festival in 2012, Rob Beckett's Summer Holiday, premiered to great acclaim.

After making a guest appearance in 2011 on Jack Whitehall's university-based sitcom Fresh Meat, his animated presence and likeable personality won him a co-presenting role on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! NOW!. In 2016 he was rewarded with two recurring roles: narrator on satirical show Celebs Go Dating, and team captain on Channel 4's 8 Out Of 10 Cats. His energetic commentary on both has endeared him in the hearts of many viewers across the nation.

In 2018 he presented the reality TV music competition All Together Now, on BBC One, alongside Geri Horner, and has appeared regularly on TV comedy shows such as Taskmaster, The Ranganation, and Jon Richardson: Ultimate Worrier. In 2019 he began hosting his own satirical TV programme Rob Beckett's Savage Socials, which takes a swipe at the online world over the last week, making fun of celebrities' Instagram and Snapchat posts and finding hilarity in what people make public on their social media accounts.

In this same year, he co-hosted his own Sky One[/z factual series with his friend and fellow comic Romesh Ranganthan, in which the two travel the world to meet a range of famous figures from sport and entertainment, seeing their friendship put through its paces as they experience the livelihoods that made these stars who they are today.
