Paul Eddington CBE was an English actor who found fame in 1970s BBC sitcom The Good Life, and cemented his popularity in the satirical Westminster-based 1980s sitcom Yes Minister and its sequel, Yes, Prime Minister. He lived with a rare form of cancer from his late 20s until it caused his death in 1995. "He did very little harm."
