Nina Conti - Live - Talk To The Hand

Nina Conti - Live - Talk To The Hand

Bravely going where no ventriloquist has gone before, Nina Conti - daughter of actor Tom Conti - concocts a virtual zoo of playful characters for this sell-out show, filmed live in Sydney at the world famous Opera House.

A potty-mouthed monkey, a Scottish Granny, and a ballsy New Yorker are among a few of the amazing and funny characters that Conti brings to her show. Her clever use of a moving jaw face mask which she places on a volunteer from the audience is sheer comedy brilliance turning her unsuspecting victim into a human puppet with hilarious results.

With consistent lashings of warmth, technical brilliance and vibrant wit, make sure you get your share of the remarkable psycho babbling that has established Nina Conti as the UK's leading and most entertaining ventriloquist.

This Australian show was broadcast on BBC Four early in 2013.

Not in the UK?

Fear not! Many items can still be ordered. Amazon in the UK delivers to many international territories, whilst their Australia, USA and Canada stores also supply many equivalent or imported items.

If you are in the North America, look out for US/Canadian flag icons on popular product listings for direct links.

If you order from a UK store, please note that the UK is in Region 2 and B, respectively, for DVDs and Blu-rays - check your player's compatibility, or look for multi-region products if you are located in another region.

If you are in Australia or New Zealand (DVD Region 4), note that almost all DVDs distributed in the UK by the BBC and 2entertain are encoded for both Region 2 and Region 4. The UK and Australasia are in the same Blu-ray region (B).
