Comedians sign up to play in Soccer Aid 2020
- Lee Mack, Russell Howard, Mo Gilligan, Tom Davis and Joel Dommett will play in Soccer Aid 2020
- The game, which will be shown on ITV, will be at Old Trafford on Saturday 6th June
- Lee Mack has played before, but the other comedians will be making their debuts
Lee Mack, Russell Howard, Mo Gilligan, Tom Davis and Joel Dommett have signed up to play in the Soccer Aid 2020 football match.
The game, which will take place at Manchester's Old Trafford stadium on Saturday 6th June, will be broadcast on ITV.
This will be the ninth time the charity event has taken place, raising money for Unicef. Lee Mack has taken part in the 2018 and 2019 games (pictured), but it will be the debut for Howard, Dommett, Gilligan and Davis.
Mack, Howard, Davis and Dommett join the England team lead by Sam Allardyce and captained by Olly Murs, who will be taking on a World squad lead by Usain Bolt and featuring Gilligan, with Harry Redknapp as the manager.
