British Comedy Guide, 28th March 2014Lindsay Sharman interview
Lindsay Sharman is NOT posh nor a bargain bucket Miranda Hart.
John Fleming, 25th March 2014Comedy review: Miranda Hart, Glasgow
Attempting to transpose the wild success of her slapstick sitcom into an all-conquering stage show at the Glasgow Comedy Festival was always going to be a risky adventure for Miranda Hart. The sad result is a two-hour metaphorical pratfall with a set which has a baffling structure and depressingly poor content. Vaguely set up as a tacky party, Hart is tripped up by not knowing whether to fully capitalise on her exaggerated persona or just truly be herself.
Brian Donaldson, The Scotsman, 22nd March 2014Do Miranda's knowing nods to camera burst the bubble?
Miranda Hart uses some of her conspiratorial TV sitcom moves in her arena show, but the best comics can make big venues seem intimate without resorting to screen tricks.
Brian Logan, The Guardian, 21st March 2014Miranda Hart: My, What I Call Live Show review
Miranda Hart's party-popping Everywoman intimacy is perfectly at home in the huge O2.
Stephanie Merritt, The Observer, 16th March 2014Miranda Hart: Gangsters and gag-free comedy - for £80
I'm afraid I left in the interval (an excuse to sell more vats of beer).
Liz Jones, Mail on Sunday, 16th March 2014Opinion: How true does comedy have to be?
Miranda Hart has come in for criticism this week from reviewers who felt that some of her jokes in her arena show did not ring true.
Bruce Dessau, Beyond The Joke, 15th March 2014Review: Miranda Hart, O2 Arena
Hart is an undeniably warm performer who held the O2 in her thrall and most of the audience thoroughly enjoyed the show. But just as I thought I might be suffocated by her lack of ambition and blandness, Hart pulled a masterstroke; she left the stage as a 10-minute, tightly edited film that tied up all the show's strands in a series of well executed gags was played on the big screens. It gains the third star.
Veronica Lee, The Arts Desk, 14th March 2014Miranda Hart live at the O2 review
For fans of the BBC series it was a chance to enjoy some in-jokes, for others it was an awkward live episode of Miranda without the help of the supporting cast, says Sian Jones.
Sian Jones, Radio Times, 14th March 2014Miranda Hart - My, What I Call, Live Show review
My, What I Call, Live Show is about as comedically innovative as a whoopee cushion. But as light entertainment, it's quite fun.
