Matt has always enjoyed writing jokes as a side hustle. Now he has a little more time on his hands, he is hoping to write a few more. Over the years he has sold words that make people laugh to TV and radio shows, card companies and radio ad creators. He even managed to win the UK Gold Christmas Cracker topical joke competition. He loves the endlessly fascinating challenge of working out what makes people laugh, and believes it is one area where creative minds will always beat AI. A project where he can try to write jokes which hit the spot would make him very happy.
