Mark Muldoon is a comedy and music journalist, who reports on live comedy for British Comedy Guide.
Mark Muldoon is a live comedy columnist for British Comedy Guide, aiming to find you your next favourite comedian. In 2015 he was a judge of the Edinburgh Comedy Awards (which involved seeing 121 shows in 21 days. I mean imagine.) and was then a Talent Scout for them from 2016 to 2023. He estimates he sees about 135 comedy shows a year. He's also written for The Guardian, The i Paper and Time Out, amongst others. In 2004 he founded the Facebook group 'The Simon Amstell Appreciation Society', which gained 6,000 members.
