Review: Joe Lycett - The Lowry, Salford

Lycett is fully in-tune with his audience, and has crafted a show which feels inclusive and polished. He has a confidence in his material which shines through in his performance. As the tour is in its infancy it will only get better and is definitely worth a watch.

Lou Sanders: Edinburgh Fringe 2015 interview

Lou Sanders is one of our all time favourite acts; any show of hers is always full of the perfect balance of stupidity and creativity. This year she has won our vote for best show title of the Edinburgh Fringe with Excuse Me, You're Sitting on My Penis Again (Joe Lycett came second with "That's The Way, A-Ha A-Ha, Joe Lycett[/i]). As usual, the title bears little resemblance to the premise: a show about an adult female trying to get into Eton school for boys.

Edinburgh preview: Joe Lycett

To be perfectly honest I don't know why I'm bothering to tip Joe Lycett. Partly because I've only just run a fabulous interview with him here, but mainly because he hardly needs my help.

TV Review: Live at the Apollo, BBC1

All delivered the goods. I thought this was a particularly good showcase for Joe Lycett, who is pretty much a mainstream game show host-in-waiting.
