British Comedy Guide, 12th August 2015Lou Sanders: Edinburgh Fringe 2015 interview
Lou Sanders is one of our all time favourite acts; any show of hers is always full of the perfect balance of stupidity and creativity. This year she has won our vote for best show title of the Edinburgh Fringe with Excuse Me, You're Sitting on My Penis Again (Joe Lycett came second with "That's The Way, A-Ha A-Ha, Joe Lycett[/i]). As usual, the title bears little resemblance to the premise: a show about an adult female trying to get into Eton school for boys.

Bruce Dessau, Beyond The Joke, 12th July 2015TV Review: Live at the Apollo, BBC1
All delivered the goods. I thought this was a particularly good showcase for Joe Lycett, who is pretty much a mainstream game show host-in-waiting.
Bruce Dessau, Beyond The Joke, 21st November 2014Review: Live at the Apollo
With Sarah Millican, Russell Kane and Joe Lycett. Confined to a half-hour slot, the trio left us wanting more, which is the way it should be.
Sally Newall, The Independent, 20th November 2014Review: Joe Lycett at Latitude
Lycett can drop a c-bomb with such precision that it’s more of a c-missile; while his set piece finale involving tacky holiday souvenirs again finds brilliance in what could be merely workaday, and proved a good tonic for this afternoon crowd.
