For instance, there are two spoof histories of rock music being broadcast at the moment: The History of Rock on Radio 2 and The Uncyclopaedia of Rock on London's Capital. [...] The Radio 2 series has some witty and recognisable pastiche of the music (country music, blues and Elvis, so far) and a sly commentary; Capital has more snap-crackle-pop buffooner, and snatches of the golden oldies.
