Chortle, 25th November 2020Review, The Horne Section: 10th Anniversary Celebration
Tonight is a greatest hits night, a chance for the guys to dust off some classic routines and once again prove that fantastic comedy is timeless. Even the silliest of tunes (Sticky Situation) is a winner, I am a sucker for the caveat song, Less Is More and their interpretations of YMCA and Gonna Be a Lovely Day will never get old.
Clownster, 15th October 2020Review: The Horne Section, That's How I Like My Tour
This show is full of surprises, and the group slather on the layers of ridiculousness as though they are icing a cake. There is no time to rest during this noisy, vibrant comedy extravaganza, and that's what makes it so thrilling.
Becca Moody, Moody Comedy, 8th May 2019The Horne Section review
Clever comedy never looked so stupid.
Pete Hughes, Oxford Mail, 30th April 2019TV Review: The Horne Section Television Programme

Bruce Dessau, Beyond The Joke, 25th May 2018The Horne Section Television Programme preview

British Comedy Guide, 5th March 2018Alex Horne - The Horne Section interview
Fun is guaranteed [with The Horne Section] - the decidedly non-musical Horne plays hectoring frontman to a group of musical pals as they inject a shot in the arm to the musical comedy genre. Some songs are one-liners in themselves, some soundtrack jokes, some just delightfully absurd. It all sits just the right side of shambolic.
Sharon Lougher, Metro, 20th September 2017Review: The Horne Section
Alex Horne and his merry band of musicians combined hoovers, audience participation and, of course, music, to hilarious effect in the run up to this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Jon Pritchard, Nottingham Post, 3rd July 2015The Horne Section review
This frivolously funny mash-up of music and mirth was a try-out for their Edinburgh Fringe return.
