A comedy sketch podcast written, performed and produced in response to overhearing "there's never anything funny on the radio". So there still isn't.
Brian and Hil met on set of a Film Suffolk production in 2015, got talking comedy and realised they'd previously met online and remembered each other from the now defunct 4laughs comedy forum.
They teamed up, getting a few skits in Canal Cafe Theatre's Newsrevue and Brighton's Treason Show and during lockdown, began working on a new podcast.
Having done topical material for years, Hil fancied a change. Being something of an audio purist and, frustrated by so many comedy podcasts generally consisting of three or four dudes in a bedroom, laughing at their own, often inaccessible banter, decided to start writing and producing material that a) he wanted to listen to and b) might stand the test of time.
Brian, on the other hand, is originally from Bolton. He did tell the story of his comedy journey in one Brilcast edition but Hil accidentally deleted it and so far, it's lost. But Brian has done lots of funny things which no doubt will be mentioned here once the hard drive has been recombobulated.
