The script of an untransmitted comedy pilot by Only Fools And Horses writer John Sullivan is being auctioned on eBay. Over The Moon starred Brian Wilde - best known as Foggy from Last Of The Summer Wine - as an ineffectual football club manager.

However, Going For Broke (Radio 4, Wednesdays) is a regrettable example of that disastrous genre, the Radio 4 sitcom series. It's about a small businessman with a daughter, a girlfriend, an ex-wife, a secretary and, whatever next, troubles with his builder. Surely (a) we've heard it all before (b) it wasn't funny the last time either? And, as these sitcoms often are, made none the funnier by the fact that it is smartly performed by an experienced cast and produced by a good director.
