Lily Savage costumes to be displayed
On Friday 2nd May, a free event at the V&A museum in South Kensington will display some of Lily Savage's outfits.
Styling an Icon: Lily Savage - which takes place between 3pm and 3:45pm - is described as "a unique opportunity to view costumes worn by British pop culture icon Paul O'Grady".
The blurb explains: "Join Senior Curator of Theatre and Performance Simon Sladen for a unique object encounter session, with costumes worn by British pop culture icon and influential drag performer Paul O'Grady. Get an exclusive look at some of Lily Savage's most fabulous ensembles worn on the stage and screen."
A sign-up sheet will be available at the museum's meeting point from 2:30pm on Friday. The museum notes: "Please be aware there is limited capacity for this event".
