Meera Syal to read CBeebies Bedtime Story
Comedian, writer and actress Meera Syal will read tonight's Bedtime Story on CBeebies.
Marking South Asian Heritage Month, the BBC promises it will "delight audiences with a reading of Amma's Sari, written by Sandhya Parappukaran and illustrated by Michelle Pereira".
They explain: "The story is a powerful exploration of connection with family, the acceptance of difference and the celebration of cultural heritage."
CBeebies Bedtime Story is on each weekday at 6:50pm on CBeebies.
