I was born and raised in Oxford, where I moved back to after completing my degree at the University of Leeds. However, I will be moving to London in the coming months in the pursuit of employment in the TV industry.
I started in comedy writing, as any self-respecting Millenial would, with my phone. I'd make notes of any funny stories, comments or ideas that popped into my head. I hated the thought of years worth of notes slipping away unused so I used them to create story and sitcom ideas and then, scripts.
Despite working full-time I am now embarking on my third separate story idea; a comedy drama about a group of gambling addicts. I love watching comedy and I love writing it and I don't see it changing anytime soon.
