Elaine C Smith steals the show in Two Doors Down
I've written before on these pages about my distaste for Elaine C Smith's TV persona, which is loud and boisterous, but she is stealing the show in this new series.

As Elaine C Smith returns to the small screen in new BBC sitcom Two Doors Down, she reflects on the highs and lows of her career so far. She tells Janet Christie how being funny can be lonely, and that she keeps her feet on the ground thanks to politics and activism.

The show's actress Elaine C. Smith will, at the star's request, play SuBo in a musical next year about her rags to riches story and she's the perfect choice.
Also this week, we find Rab squeezing into some gold lame hotpants. If anyone out there is planning a Stavros Flatley biopic, I think we've found your star.
