Will there be a Red Dwarf XIII?

Doug Naylor told Express.co.uk in an exclusive interview: "We're on a bit of a roll at the moment which is great. The ratings are great, the boys had a really great time making it, want to do more." Although the show has not yet officially been recommissioned by the broadcaster, the 61-year-old went on to say of the next season: "Certainly, yes, I think everyone wants to do it including UKTV. Everyone had a blast doing the last 12."

Red Dwarf to become live stage show

Red Dwarf writer Doug Naylor has said that the team are provisionally planning a live show for the O2 Arena. He also revealed that planning work has begun on Series 13 of the sci-fi sitcom.

There are some lovely moments from writer Doug Naylor here as the plot pans out and things are not quite what they seem. Some of the gags are a bit obvious - you can see a Rupert Murdoch swipe light years off - but other touches are neat and imaginative, particularly when the crew get into a sticky patch and are confronted by their own worst fears.
