Bruce Dessau, Beyond The Joke, 10th November 2019Twitter hashtag hoax sparks Peter Kay rumours
A story has spread on Twitter that comedian Peter Kay has died. There is no truth to this story despite the hashtag #RipPeterKay trending. There has been no official statement and it appears that Kay, 46, has been the victim of a cruel Twitter hoax for the third time.
Bruce Dessau, Beyond The Joke, 8th November 2019Stewart Lee review: Waller-Bridge in the firing line
Has he jumped the shark? Fortunately for us he is no physical shape to jump over anything.

Bruce Dessau, Beyond The Joke, 1st November 2019Radio review: Little Brexit, Radio 4
I'm not sure if they said it would never happen, but it didn't seem likely to happen. Bruce Dessau, Beyond The Joke, 30th October 2019TV preview: Not Going Out Halloween Special, BBC One
Is Lee Mack trying to muscle in on Inside No 9 territory? This Halloween edition of the enduring light-hearted domestic sitcom has scarier ambitions than usual. It is even scheduled later than it usually goes out. Although don't worry too much about the kids having nightmares. I'm sure they watch nastier stuff on their phones in bed.
