Live version of Fleabag to stream online

The stage version of Fleabag is to be available online to raise money for COVID-19 charities. The acclaimed show, starring Phoebe Waller-Bridge in the title role, was recorded at London's Wyndham's Theatre in 2019, and will be available to stream via Soho Theatre's On Demand streaming site from today, Monday April 6.

Campaign to remember Ian Cognito

April 11th will be the one year anniversary of the sudden death of comedian Ian Cognito. To mark his passing, Ryan Mold, the owner of the venue where Cognito died, is asking all comedians to upload a picture of themselves at 9pm on April 11 on their socials holding a hammer and using the hashtag #cognito.

Veteran comedy writer John Langdon has died. Langdon was one of the country's most experienced comedy writers, working on classic programmes including Not The Nine O'Clock News and with Kenny Everett. He also worked on The News Quiz and most regularly with Rory Bremner.
