This special was filmed at the end of the Edinburgh Festival at Carnivore. Outside of the festival, this room is used for storage but I thought it looked pretty cool. This show is the culmination of doing hundreds of sets coming out of the pandemic and loving stand-up again after a longer break than I've ever taken in 17 years of doing stand-up.
Match point: Watson. With Watto needing just one last victory to win his third set, we witness double Tim Keys, Alex Horne drinking through his glasses, there is some problematic pouring, and we meet a corporal.
Jazz Emu says: "I started writing this song as comedomusicological exercise in attacking one specific individual for Your Entertainment. But the more I wrote, the more I started to feel like a voyeur, contorting that stranger into a reductive stereotype of my own creation. This song is about that."
