The Nether Regions
A stop motion short film in which Brian Blessed voices the Devil. It turns out that even in Hell there's no escape from bureaucracy.

Wielding untold power at the helm of a vast and mighty realm may sound glamorous but no one tells you about the sleepless nights and the unrelenting stress, but that's what the Devil must deal with on an eternal basis. Even in Hell, there's no escape from bureaucracy... but occasionally he does manage to slip away. With the most magical healing hands in all the nine circles of Hell and a sympathetic ear, it is Sven's Massage Parlour to which the Devil makes his first port of call.
This short film was produced over a twelve month period between October 2011 and October 2012. It has spent the last year and a bit travelling to various film festivals, but is now finally online for all to see.
A free iOS app has been released to coincide with the film. It features the full film, a look behind the scenes (with additional content including storyboards and animatics), and a mini-game that lets you touch the devil in places you never imagined. Apple App Store
