Retail Is Hell is a sitcom set in a health shop in Waterloo, London. Each of the three retail workers who run the shop have their own unique way of dealing with the wonderfully wacky customers that visit them, all too regularly.
Inspired by true experiences and events from working in customer service, it sets out the portray the life of three retail workers and some of their 'everyday' interactions with customers.
