Russell Kane is hosting a new BBC podcast.
Evil Genius sees the stand-up comedian joined each week by a panel of friends to "delve into the darker, lesser-known sides of some of the world's cultural icons".
Einstein, Roald Dhal, Evelyn Waugh and Marie Stopes are amongst the subjects set to be looked at by the show, with John Lennon discussed in the first episode.
Episode 1, which is half an hour long, is available now on various podcast platforms. The BBC says: "Lennon is best known as the famed singer-songwriter, peace activist and co-founder of the most successful band in the history of popular music, but what was he like behind closed doors? Russell Kane and friends - author Caz Frear and comedians Sean McLoughlin and Rachel Parris - investigate."
Evil Genius features original audio created especially for the podcast medium by the BBC.
