You've got to hand it to BBC3 - they're certainly giving new comedy a good airing in 2007. Following on from the five Comedy Special pilots currently broadcasting, the digital channel is going to broadcast another six half-hour pilots.

We now have details on the full line up:

Spacehopper: A sketch show for the "hidden juvenile delinquent in everyone". The creator and head writer is Green Wing co-writer Stuart Kenworthy. Other contributors to the show come from a small group of new writers. The show, produced by BBC Comedy North, features some new young actors from the North and the Midlands, with guest stars Rosie Cavaliero and Justin Edwards.

Biffovision: a sketch show executive produced by the well-known comedy producer Sue Vertue. The sketches have been written by Tim Moore and Paul Rose, the creators of the cult Teletext magazine Digitiser which ran between 1993 and 2003. Their new pilot is based around morning children's TV (Rose has written a number of episodes of ITV1 kids sitcom My Parents Are Aliens and is currently writing two other pilots as well: Now The Weather and Too Much Too Young)

Raging: a gay-themed sketch show executive produced by Alan Tyler, BBC Scotland's Head of Comedy and Entertainment.

The Scum Also Rises: a sitcom pilot from independent production company Bwark Productions. The comedy follows the lives of three friends who work in an advertising agency. Written by a former marketing executive, the comedy stars Tom Price.

Coming of Age: a sitcom pilot from the production team behind 'Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps'. The pilot, shot in front of a live studio audience in London, is about Jas, DK, Tom, Lucy and James who "suffer the delights, surprises and embarrassments of being 17". The pilot was written by Tim Dawson, a previously unknown writer who is just 18 years old. According to the BBC this programme is "a witty observational sitcom written by someone who currently knows what it is like to be a teenager".

Sound: another BBC Comedy North pilot. This sitcom tells the story of two friends who leave their council jobs in Manchester to set up their own record label.
