Comedy.co.uk Awards 2018 shortlist
- The shortlists for the Comedy.co.uk Awards 2018 have been revealed. Vote now
The TV and radio programmes shortlisted for the Comedy.co.uk Awards 2018 have been announced.
Sixty programmes across ten categories are now in the running for the Comedy Of The Year title.
The shortlists were compiled from a public vote involving every new British comedy TV and radio programme broadcast last year. Running over the past fortnight, tens of thousands of votes were cast to whittle down all 409 nominees to just six in each category, covering sitcom to entertainment formats.
The final round of voting is open now - with the public asked to select which of the six shortlisted comedies in each category should win - and will run until noon on Sunday 3rd February. Winners, determined entirely by the public vote with no jury, weighting, or other interference, will be announced on Monday 4th February 2019.
The nominees list can be seen in full below, or viewed by taking part in the vote.

This is the 13th year British Comedy Guide has run its annual awards. Television event The British Comedy Awards have not taken place since 2014, making the Comedy.co.uk Awards now one of the only chances for British comedy programmes and those who create and star in them to be celebrated, and the only TV and radio comedy awards in which the results are decided by the audience alone.
