Dave signs repeat deal with Channel 4
UKTV, the company behind Dave and G.O.L.D, the popular digital repeat channels, has signed a deal with Channel 4 which will allow it to start repeating shows from the Channel 4 archive.
The deal, which starts on 1st August and runs for two years, gives Channel Dave repeat rights to 89 hours of comedy programming and 38 hours of entertainment programming from the Channel 4 archive.
Green Wing (pictured), Star Stories and Smack the Pony are believed to be three of the shows included in the deal. The Channel 4 comedies will be mixed with popular BBC shows like QI, Live At The Apollo and The Fast Show to form Dave' new schedules from September.
