John Tothill: Thank God This Lasts Forever
John Tothill has had quite the year. He deliberately contracted malaria to fund his 2023 Edinburgh Fringe debut. Then, whilst performing a show about this at the 2024 Edinburgh Fringe, his appendix completely burst and he was just days away from dying from sepsis. Miraculously, he recovered to finish the Fringe, and now the 2024 Chortle Best Newcomer nominee is taking the show on his first ever UK tour.
Thank god you're here. John has missed you so much. It's actually been hell without you.
A rat who orgasmed to death. The notion of Marmite. The time John deliberately got malaria. We've got a lot to catch up on. Pour yourself six glasses of wine and settle in for an evening that, god-willing, won't end. Maybe we could even have the tiniest cigarette??
