Exploding Heads Present: Colin From Portsmouth
2024 sees the first live outing for two cult heroes with their fingers on the nation's pulse: angry-about-everything Colin from Portsmouth and former-professional-footballer-turned-current-pundit Ian Fiveankles will be touring the UK from 4th September.
Colin rings into Anthony's radio call in at least twice a day to vent his frustrations about the burning (and not so burning) issues, and he's not going to stop just because Anthony's taking a break from radio to embark on a theatre tour. It's a brave and terrifying new world for Colin - there's now a new government in charge and the end of the world is looming. At least the prospect of a Trump presidency is keeping him from total despair.
But this evening isn't supposed to be about Colin. This is supposed to be An Evening With Ian Fiveankles, a razzmatazz celebration of one of the nation's best loved, if least known footballers. Ian isn't just here for the money, although the money is vital for him, he's here to impress and win back his ex-wife Denise. Will Colin from Portsmouth let his night go off without a hitch?
