Tiny Women Brains festival
A feminist comedy festival with an all-female line up will make its debut in London at the end of January.
Performers Sarah Spencer and Pernilla Holland have founded Tiny Women Brains, a comedy festival celebrating inspirational and empowered women in comedy.
Creative Directors Spencer and Holland said: "Our aim is to create a positive and uplifting forum for female talent, to strengthen the community and the networks that already exist."
From the 29th to the 31st of January 2016, Tiny Women Brains will feature stand-up sets, sketches, improvisation, workshops and lectures from inspiring female practitioners and industry experts.
The festival aims to showcase the work of up and coming female comedy performers, with the founders adding: "We know that Tiny Women Brains will provide a platform to celebrate the incredible array of female talent in the industry."
The lineup includes popular stand-ups Holly Burn and Lou Sanders, plus Austentatious performer Charlotte Gittins.
All performances will take place at The Proud Archivist venue in London with tickets on sale now via Eventbrite
