Kunt and the Gang announce 25th anniversary tour

- He will perform at the Edinburgh Fringe this year and then tour until November
- His punk band The Kunts have achieved four top 10 singles
Comedy singer Kunt and the Gang have announced a tour to mark their 25th anniversary.
The 25 Years of (Minor Internet) Hits Tour 2025 will launch at this year's Edinburgh Fringe, before touring across the country between August and November, including some matinee performances.
Kunt writes on his website: "Kunt and the Gang celebrate 25 years of Greatest Minor Internet Hits with a heart warming and nostalgic old school 25-date tour. This 25th Anniversary tour sees Kunt returning to where it all began - synthpop, swearing, and celebrity paedos. Expect to come away humming something that will get you a disciplinary at work the next day."
Having performed several explicit songs since 2010, Kunt and the Gang went on to achieve notoriety the following year winning the Malcolm Hardee Award for Cunning Stunt by creating stickers featuring penises to promote his show, and encouraging people to stick them on other performer's posters, leading to complaints from other acts and venues.
In 2020, Kunt formed comedy punk band The Kunts, which went on to attract further notoriety with a string of attempts to become the Christmas No. 1 with explicit political tracks Boris Johnson Is A Fucking Cunt (which reached No. 5), Boris Johnson Is Still A Fucking Cunt (also No. 5) and Fuck The Tories (No. 7). Each time The Kunts were beaten to the No. 1 spot by LadBaby and their multiple sausage roll-themed charity songs.
Last year, Kunt successfully crowdfunded and released a film version of earlier show Shannon Matthews: The Musical, based on the true story of Karen Matthews, who faked her own daughter's disappearance in an attempt to cash in the reward money. Kunt is now planning on a follow-up about LadBaby entitled The Great Sausage Roll Swindle.
