Rhys Darby is to mount a UK tour next year.

The comedian and actor, who rose to fame as the inept manager Murray to fellow Kiwi musical comedy duo Flight Of The Conchords in their self-titled sitcom, will play a range of dates during May and June 2025.

Spending a month in the UK and Ireland, The Legend Returns sees the comic take on the modern world.

Promoters Mick Perrin tease: "In a world full of AI and robot tech can a simple dad with slightly tight jeans stay relevant? Ancient Astronaut Theorists say yes! Rhys hopes to prove that right now a touch of very human silliness is more important than ever!? Perhaps his unique human skills, once thought of as absurd, might just be useful after all!"

Tickets go on presale on Monday 18th November at 10am, and on general sale the next day.

Darby says: "I'm so excited to return to the stage, a bit older, a bit wiser but mostly a bit sillier than ever before!"
