Britain's Got Talent star Alex Mitchell announces debut tour
- Alex Mitchell: Tics Towards Puffection will run from February to May 2025
- The Britain's Got Talent finalist will tackle "his desperate obsession for perfection and being 'the best version' of himself"
- He says: "2024 was a mad year for me, I cannot wait to get into 2025 and start my debut tour"
Alex Mitchell is to head out on his debut tour between February and May 2025.
Mitchell - a queer, autistic comic with functional neurological disorder - made it through to the final of Britain's Got Talent 2024 in June, with the judges praising his self-deprecating humour.
Talking about his first tour, the promoters say: "His debut show, Tics Towards Puffection, tackles his desperate obsession for perfection and being 'the best version' of himself. He explores how and if he'll ever achieve this, and how this has and continues to impact his life. Reflecting on society's perception of queer, disabled, and neurodiverse communities, as well as his own perception of himself, Mitchell creates a heartwarming, emotional but always hilarious show."
The comic himself says: "2024 was a mad year for me, I cannot wait to get into 2025 and start my debut tour with a show that means so much to me and I'm so proud of. Brace yourself, you're about to see a whole lot more of Mitchell... I can only apologise."
