Ken Cheng is to tour new stand-up offering The Big Brain Show for People with 3,000 IQ in 2025.
His agents say: "Award-winning comedian, professional poker player and LinkedIn business guru, Ken Cheng is heading back out on tour! He brings you his new show, "The Big Brain Show for People with 3,000 IQ", where he lifts the lid on being silenced and cancelled by the comedy industry for having such a big brain. Expect lots of maths, graphs, tests of mental agility and Ken talking about his really niche special interests for a couple of hours. This promises to be the stupidest 'clever' show imaginable.
"You may have heard Ken on his BBC Radio 4 series Chinese Comedian, for which he won a BBC Audio Drama Award in 2023 for Best Comedy, and I Can School You, where he fixed the education system. Now, watch him live as goes one step further and fixes all of the world's problems with his megamind-like intelligence."
Aside from live and broadcast comedy, Cheng has been building "a niche but dedicated audience" on LinkedIn ("the thinking man's social media platform") with posts lampooning the business mindset. "Proving that he has the vision, brains and acumen that literally every other comic in the UK lacks... Case in point, Russell Howard isn't even on LinkedIn."
The Big Brain Show for People with 3,000 IQ will visit the following venues at the start of 2025, with further dates due to be added. Tickets for the first batch of shows go on sale on Thursday 25th July at 2pm.
