Chris McCausland set for 2024 tour
- Stand-up tour Chris McCausland: Yonks! will run between January and May 2024
- "He's been called an 'overnight success', even though he's been doing this for bloody yonks"
Chris McCausland: Yonks! will tour the UK from January to May 2024.
The new stand-up show follows on from the success of his previous tour. Speaky Blinder ended up running for over 140 dates, with his final show at the Shepherd's Bush Empire filmed for a forthcoming broadcast on Channel 4.
Talking about the new plans, the comedian's promoters say: "Following his recent, totally sold out tour including over 140 dates, Chris will be back on the road for January 2024 with his brand new show Yonks! He's been called an 'overnight success', even though he's been doing this for bloody yonks."
The news of the new tour has been revealed on the same day as Wonders Of The World I Can't See starts on Channel 4 (10pm). The four-part travelogue series sees the blind comic joined by comedian friends at four of the world's great wonders.
