Eddie Izzard is to tour the UK and Ireland in 2019 with new show Wunderbar.
The comedian is currently warming up with some intimate gigs, before the start of the tour in September 2019. It'll run through to the 16th November 2019 in Dublin.
Wunderbar began life at La Nouvelle Seine, a floating theatre in Paris where he began to improvise his new show in French. He has since converted the performance into English.
The new tour comes five years after his Force Majeure run, which visited 45 countries and every state in America.
The new tour will include dates in cities including Birmingham, Brighton, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Edinburgh, Norwich, Cambridge, London Cardiff, Liverpool, Manchester and Dublin.
Izzard, hinting that he is planning a move into politics, says: "It is getting close to the time when I have to go off for a while to have a political life. But before I do that, I want to keep giving audiences around the world the best stand-up comedy shows that I can - especially at a time of Brexit-hate and Trump-hate. My new show is about everything from humans over the last 100,000 years to talking dogs and animal superheroes. I am looking forward to coming to see everyone again."
