Adam Hills announces book tour
- Adam Hills will visit cities in England between September and November to read stories from his book
- The tour is based around his best-selling autobiography, Best Foot Forward
- He'll visit Worcester, Lincoln, Milton Keynes, Swindon, Canterbury, Chester and Sheffield
Adam Hills has announced a short tour in which he'll recount selected stories from his book.
The promoters say: "Join Adam Hills on an exclusive book tour this autumn as he tells selected stories from his best-selling autobiography Best Foot Forward - a hilarious and honest collection of anecdotes, thoughts and tales of a life in comedy.
"With a limited 8 dates announced between September and November 2018, this is sure to be an exceptional evening full of stand-up and personal insights, with copies of the book available to purchase after the performance."
Best Foot Forward was published in July and swiftly became one of The Sunday Times Bestsellers. It was The Last Leg star's first foray into the literary world and covers his early days on the Sydney stand-up scene to hosting his own radio show, touring the world and eventually landing on British TV. The publishers described the book as "a story of a life in comedy and a lesson in following your heart, being positive and discovering that what makes you different also makes you unique".
The Last Leg will return to Channel 4 for its 15th series this autumn.
