Chortle Awards 2015 nominees announced

The nominations for the Chortle Awards 2015 have been announced.
Run by website Chortle, the awards - which primarily focus on live stand-up comedy - have been running since 2002.
The shortlists for each category have been drawn up by a panel of industry judges, with the winners decided upon by a public vote. The results will be announced at a ceremony later in the year.
Voting is now open, with the poll set to shut at 9am on 27th February.
Funz And Games, a live show created by Phil Ellis that is aimed at children but appeals to adults too, leads the list with three nominations, after taking the 2014 Edinburgh Festival by storm.
The nominations are listed below in full. In addition to these categories, the voting process will also allow fans to vote for their favourite venues.
