Jump On Comedy, hosted by Elliot Steel, is a new late-night comedy show at 30 Dean Street in London. Starting at 11:30pm each Saturday night, it's billed as "raw, clever, and full of surprises".
The Glee has confirmed the opening of its sixth UK comedy venue, in Leeds this spring, with the 400-seater premises on Albion Street becoming the city's only purpose-built comedy club, with gigs throughout the week.
Motherland co-creator Helen Serafinowicz has written a comedy musical about former Manchester United star Wayne Rooney and his wife Colleen, with the mock heroic fantasy production, The Legend Of Rooney's Ring, opening at Liverpool's Royal Court Theatre on 18th July.
The West End Comedy Club has revealed it has now closed, due to the landlord of the Covent Garden Social Club - where it holds its shows - announcing it will be redeveloping the building into a pod hostel.
