Sausage cakes
Comedy duo The Delightful Sausage had some unique cupcakes delivered to their dressing room. Each one was crafted to symbolise a theme that crops up in their show.
Chris Cantrill explains: "On one level, the cupcakes are a kind and very thoughtful gift from our director, Hannah Moulder. On another level they are butter creamed-topped clues about the incredibly libellous content of our show."
The comedian, who performs the remote island based Nowt But Sea with Amy Gledhill, adds: "Come and piece the whole thing together, 12.45pm @ Monkey Barrel. Although, TBH, you probably won't want to know about the zip ?"
As can be seen from the picture at the top, the box included depictions of:
- A poster of their show
- Victoria Coren Mitchell hosting Only Connect
- Only Fools And Horses star David Jason
- A bottle of Apple Sours
- A pair of oars
- And, er, a "hairy zip"...
